This lab will be devoted to writing a procedure which carries out Newton's Method. 

 

Use the previous Lab, plus the commands you know to construct a procedure. 

 

Your procedure should take the following parameters: 

 

 

 

 

There are two ways to calculate the error. The current iteration can be compared with the previous iteration, or the expression value can be calculated at the current iteration. Both ways can result in correct and incorrect results. I will illustrate this in class.
