Course Description:
A continuation of MATH 341. Topics include series solutions, Laplace transform methods, orthogonality, higher order equations, numerical techniques.

Homework:Homework will be assigned and will be collected regularly. Late problem sets will not be accepted unless prior
permission is granted. No homework assignments are accepted after the graded
assignments have been returned.

REVIEW for FINAL EXAM
Extra office hours: (W) 12/8/04, 9-11:00am and (W) 12/15/04, 3:30-5:30pm.
Exams: There will be three in-class midterm exams (October 1, November 1, December 1) and a comprehensive FINAL EXAM.
Final Grade : Midterm exams (40%), Final exam (30%), Homework
and Quizzes (30%).
