Optimal Source for Maximizing Distinguishability in Diffuse Optical Tomography
Taufiquar Khan
Abstract: In this talk, an overview of the basics of image reconstruction
in diffuse optical tomography (DOT) will be presented. Extension of the
distinguish-ability criteria of Isaacson and Knowles to optimal source
in DOT will be discussed. The influence of the inner products of the
function spaces on the resulting optimal source will be demonstrated
using simulations. We will further discuss a min-max formulation of
sparsity regularization with optimal source. We will present some
preliminary numerical results for sparse reconstruction for the
diffusion coefficient.
