Precalculus Preparatory Program (PPP)
Winter/Spring 2010

The Department of Mathematical Sciences wants to ensure all students enrolling in Math 117 – Precalculus for Scientists and Engineers, have the prerequisite Intermediate Algebra skills needed to succeed. If your math placement exam score is less than Level IV, this indicates some gaps in your background. The Precalculus Preparatory Program (PPP) provides an opportunity for you to review these skills so you can enroll in Math 117. The PPP is an online assessment and learning program of Intermediate Algebra skills. It is coordinated by the Department of Mathematical Sciences and the ALEKS® Corporation. The cost is $30 for six-week access.
