- Finite elements
- Multigrid and domain decomposition solvers for finite element systems
- High order finite elements and inf-sup conditions
- Numerical solution of Stokes and Navier-Stokes equations.
Teaching Interests
- To incorporate Maple and Matlab in math learning by functions which generate detailed steps of work as if the problem is done by hand
- Help students of all levels by frequently recalling old methods and comparisons.
