Prof Plechac receives DOE grant

Dr Petr Plechac has been awarded $154k for the Academic year 2011-2012 from DOE Office of Advanced Scientific Computing and Research for the research on development of multiscale computational methods in stochastic simulations. The project is part of the joint collaborative research with Prof. D.G. Vlachos in UD Chemical Engineering on modelling and simulations tools for biomass conversion to renewable hydrogen.
