Renate Scheidler is an Associate Professor in both Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Calgary (Canada). Formerly a faculty member of the University of Delaware's Department of Mathematical Sciences, she now serves on the Management Board of the University of Calgary's Centre for Information Security and Cryptography (CISaC) and holds a Research Associateship with the Alberta Informatics Circle of Research Excellence (iCORE). Her areas of expertise include algorithmic and computational number theory, arithmetic geometry, and cryptography.
