Congratulations to Professor Richard J. Braun for having been named an associate editor of the SIAM Journal on Applied Mathematics. He will serve for a three year term beginning January 1, 2009. The SIAM Journal on Applied Mathematics contains research articles on mathematics applied to the physical, engineering, financial and life sciences. According to the 2007 ISI journal citation reports, SIAP is at the top quartile in citations for all journals in applied mathematics.
