Congratulations to Math Education alumna Mary Pinkston who won the Delaware Teacher of the Year title.

Mary Pinkston, a former student of our Department, was awarded the title of the Delaware Teacher of the Year. She was chosen out of 20 district teachers of the year. Mary Pinkston teaches mathematics at Brandywine High School and has 17 years of teaching experience. She earned her BA in Secondary Mathematics and Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Delaware.
