Assistant Professor in Mathematical Biology


The Department of Mathematical Sciences seeks a tenure track Assistant Professor with a research program in the broad area of Mathematical Biology, including Bioinformatics and other areas with direct impact on the life sciences. Potential for outstanding research accomplishment that complements and extends the research areas of the Department and the University will weigh heavily in the applicant’s favor. Interest and ability in multidisciplinary research, and the likelihood of attracting funding, is highly desirable. The Ph.D. and evidence of good teaching is required.
